1. What are your prices?

  2. What forms of payment do you accept?
        I accept credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover), PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. You will be sent an invoice upon completion of milestones and/or projects. All prices are $USD.
  3. What languages do you edit?
        I edit and work with documents in English only. I am able to adhere to US and UK academic English guidelines.
  4. How do I place an order or get a personalized quote?
        Please use the Contact page and upload your document.
  5. What types of files do you accept for editing or proofreading?
        I edit files in Microsoft Word using the Track Changes function. For proofreading and coaching, I also accept PDF files.
  6. Is my document secure?
        I am the only person who has access to my computer (my husband doesn’t even have my password!). I have an encrypted website and secure mail. I will also sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if needed for your document; please prepare your own NDA and email to me.
  7. How fast is your turnaround time?
        This depends on the level of editing needed (light, intermediate, heavy) and the number of pages. I can have a full dissertation returned to you with heavy editing in less than one week. I work seven days per week, including most holidays.
  8. Do you check my document for plagiarism?
        At this time, I do not offer plagiarism checking for your document.
  9. Will you write or rewrite my paper (or sections of my paper) for me?
        Due to academic integrity, I will absolutely not write, add to, rewrite, or reframe papers for anyone (not even my own mother).
  10. What are your qualifications?
        I have been proofreading and copyediting papers for 30 years. I have coached over 400 master’s-level students in writing their theses, including editing their papers. Additionally, I have coached dozens of PhD and EdD students through the dissertation process and also edited hundreds of doctoral-level papers. I have a BA in Secondary English Education, a MA TESOL, and a PhD in Education (TESOL Track). I have taught English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and English as a Second Language (ESL) since 1989, so I have extensive experience with non-native English speakers. My PhD dissertation topic was university faculty’s treatment of non-native English-speaking students’ writing errors. I’ve also taken advanced qualitative and quantitative statistics courses, and taught myself Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for my own dissertation. 
  11. What documenting styles do you edit?
        APA, MLA, and Chicago. Please let me know if you are working with another citation type.
  12. What subject areas do you edit?
        I am able to coach and edit all subject areas. I have extensive experience editing in the following areas: music, engineering, psychology, MFA/BFA degrees, finance/MBA/accounting, education, languages/linguistics, nursing/health sciences, criminal justice, gaming, and more.
